Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx • Delivery within 10-15 days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS • Delivery within 15-25 days after shipment
International Shipping: We ship globally except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations and are the customer’s responsibility.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our outdoor cooking products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, our simple returns process makes it easy to find a solution.
Return Timeframe: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items.
Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in like-new condition
- In its original packaging
- Includes all accessories, parts, and documentation
Important Note on Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Burners
- Cooking Grids
- Grill Mats
- Cutting Boards
- Brushes
These items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive the returned product
- Standard shipping charges apply for the new item
